Neon control system shall be a software/hardware package capable of converting RS-232 serial output from a PC to DMX-512 compliant data streams for up to 24 channels. The software shall be designed for programming neon levels, color mixes, and sequences. The hardware shall be able to directly operate a DMX-512 neon control device while connected to a PC and capable of running 16 selectable DMX-512 programs when disconnected from the PC.

Option 2: maximum of 4,592 steps, 24 channels/step.
Option 3: maximum of 9,184 steps, 24 channels/step.
Step resolution: Programmable from 0.01 second to 255 seconds, or infinity per step.
(Note: some transformers may not be able to be flashed on & off at high rates. Consult transformer manufacturer for further info).
