Neon control system shall be a software/hardware package capable of converting RS-232 serial output from a PC to DMX-512 compliant data streams for up to 24 channels. The software shall be designed for programming neon levels, color mixes, and sequences. The hardware shall be able to directly operate a DMX-512 neon control device while connected to a PC and capable of running 16 selectable DMX-512 programs when disconnected from the PC.

Option 1: 16 different programs with a maximum of 1148 steps of 24 DMX channels (or 8 Color/FX Creators).

Option 2: maximum of 4,592 steps, 24 channels/step.

Option 3: maximum of 9,184 steps, 24 channels/step.

Step resolution: Programmable from 0.01 second to 255 seconds, or infinity per step.

(Note: some transformers may not be able to be flashed on & off at high rates. Consult transformer manufacturer for further info).

There are no user serviceable parts inside the PCDesigner 1. Please DO NOT open the unit. Doing so will automatically void the warranty.
